2 - PRICE
The prices applied on this site are indicated inclusive of all taxes (T.T.C.) and in euros (€), shipping not included. The total price indicated in the order confirmation by biorchid is the final price including the price of the products ordered, handling, packaging and transport costs.
3 - RULES
Payment is made when ordering or by online bank card under secure payment (SSL). Orders will only be approved after receipt of payment.
4 - VALIDITY OF AN ORDER
The last “click” validates the order. Therefore, by emailing the order form, you authorize biorchid to debit your payment card for the total amount of your order. The order will be validated after authorization of the transaction from the buyer's bank.
5 - SHIPPING COSTS
The costs are calculated automatically and indicated online on the order form.
6 - DELIVERY
Unless there are any cultivation incidents, the plants uploaded by biorchid are almost always available. The maximum delivery time generally observed is 3 to 11 working days for mainland Portugal as well as for countries belonging to the EU from the validation of the order. The product travels at the risk of the recipient who alone can ascertain the condition of the package and issue, upon receipt, the usual reservations to the carrier. Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer. Upon receipt of payment, biorchid accepts the order and initiates delivery operations.
The information given by the buyer when ordering commits the latter: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be delivered. the product. Any return due to an address error or an impossibility of delivery not attributable to biorchid will be invoiced. Orders can be delivered at one time to the same place. 10 - Returns
We want our customers to be happy with the products we provide. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, as well as emailing us the plant photo (s), so that we can find a solution for you.
11 - CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. After this point, no refund is possible. If you want us to collect your canceled order, there is a collection fee of € 50.
