Shipping to mainland Portugal, Madeira, Azores and the EU
Deliveries take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays. We generally recommend that you use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on the first attempt. If you are not available to collect the package on the first attempt, a notification letter is left in your mailbox with the package collection information or the new delivery attempt schedule. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so that you can follow the package through the process through CTT.
For mainland Portugal:
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days in Portugal after the processing of your order on our site.
For the islands (Madeira and the Azores):
Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days in Portugal after the processing of your order on our site.
For other European Union countries, delivery costs depend on the weight of your order.
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 11 working days in Portugal after the processing of your order on our site.

Our promise is to ensure the quality our customers expect from the plants they buy. If a plant does not meet these quality criteria, in order to satisfy you we will do our best to come to an amicable settlement. All we have to do is be contacted and a photo of the ordered plants by email within 24 hours of delivery.
After this period, we cannot accept returns and we will not refund.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. After this point, no refund is possible. If you want us to collect your canceled order there will be a collection fee of € 50.
